The process was so easy. All I had to do was fill out the form wait for the doctor to call which was only a few minutes and then have a short conversation with the doctor. Every year, I was driving an hour both ways, and sitting in an office for an hour or more just to get my renewal. The appointment itself took 5 minutes but yet my whole day would be wasted. I hated it. Then, during the pandemic, I really did not want to go out. I found Leafwell and was so happy. The doctor was nice, and thorough. I didn’t feel judged and we had a good rapport. The process was very quick. I was able to use a discount code and got $10 off, which never happens at an office. I gave this 4 stars because the site needs to tell you more about what’s going on. After I submitted my info, it just sat there for a while. What’s my expected wait time? What’s going on? Then I got a surprise video call that I was not warned of. Other than those minor issues– great process, love it, will be back next year.
